Insurance & Restoration Process

We Work for You

All Pro Restoration is not an insurance adjuster or agent and does not represent your insurance company. We cannot determine coverage or authorize replacement, repair or painting. With your permission, we can document visible damage, explain the restoration work and communicate project information so the loss is accurately represented.

What to Expect After Property Damage

  1. Protect People First.
Leave unsafe areas and contact emergency services when fire, electrical hazards or structural dangers are present.
  2. Call All Pro.
Tell us what happened, when it started and which areas appear affected. Our emergency line is available 24/7.
  3. Document the Loss.
Our team assesses visible and hidden damage, records conditions and explains immediate property-protection steps.
  4. Notify Your Insurer.
Report the loss promptly and ask your carrier about coverage, deductibles and any policy-specific requirements.
  5. Authorize the Work.
Before work begins, the appropriate Repair or Emergency Services Authorization must be reviewed and signed.
  6. Restore and Communicate.
We complete approved work, communicate progress and address documented changes to the project scope.

Insurance and Payment Basics

Work Authorization

A signed Repair or Emergency Services Authorization allows All Pro to begin the agreed work. Emergency services may require a separate authorization.

Insurance Coordination

We can work with your insurance company by providing restoration documentation and project information. Your insurer determines coverage under your policy.

Policy Deductible

Deductibles and coverage vary by policy and remain the policyholder’s responsibility. All Pro requires the applicable deductible when the Work Authorization is signed.

Change Orders

Work outside the agreed project scope requires a written Change Order describing the requested work and associated cost. The property owner approves and accepts responsibility for that additional work.

Preexisting Conditions

Pre-loss damage, requested upgrades or code-related work may fall outside the covered restoration scope. When additional work is needed, we document it and discuss the next step before proceeding.

Our Insurance

All Pro Restoration carries appropriate liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Documentation is available upon request.

Important Financial Information

You are ultimately responsible for authorized services according to your contract and insurance coverage. Coverage decisions, payment amounts and deductibles are determined by your policy and insurance carrier. Ask your insurer about policy-specific questions before approving non-emergency work.

Restoration and Insurance FAQs

Do you work for my insurance company?

No. All Pro works for you. We are not adjusters or agents and do not decide what your policy covers. We can provide documentation and communicate project information with your insurer when authorized.

Should I call All Pro or my insurance company first?

If anyone is in danger, contact emergency services first. For active property damage, call All Pro at (865) 688-1774 so we can discuss immediate protection steps, and notify your insurance carrier promptly.

What information should I have when I call?

Tell us the property address, what happened, when it started, which areas are affected and whether water, electricity, smoke or structural damage creates an immediate safety concern.

Why do I need to sign a Work Authorization?

The authorization identifies the work you approve and allows our team to begin. Emergency mitigation and repair work may use separate authorization forms.

Who is responsible for the deductible?

The policyholder is responsible for the deductible required by the insurance policy. All Pro requires the applicable deductible when the Work Authorization is signed.

What if I request upgrades or additional work?

Work outside the agreed scope is documented in a Change Order with the additional cost. The property owner must approve the Change Order before that work proceeds.

Can I request proof of All Pro’s insurance?

Yes. A copy of All Pro Restoration’s liability and workers’ compensation insurance documentation is available upon request.
